I understand life happen, so just let me know! If you cancel before 48 hours, let’s get you rescheduled. If you cancel before 24 hours, you’ll be charged 50% of your service price. In the event of a No-Call-No-Show, you’ll be charged 100% of your service price. Please be mindful that some services don’t have the time to allow for tardiness. If something crazy is happening, shoot me a text! If you are late more than 10 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled. If you are not familiar with parking or my building, please arrive early.
